Enjoy the magic of an 18th-century farmhouse, restored in mid-2014. Built in stone with architectural details of the farmhouses of the time. It has a capacity of 9 people with the possibility of up to 12.
Located in a unique and privileged space, surrounded by nature and with the river Rialb of crystal-clear waters, 150 meters from the house.
DISTRIBUTED ON TWO FLOORS ...
On the ground floor we find the living room and the kitchen in the same atmosphere. An old 1800-year-old stone bread oven, a fireplace and a large dining table have been preserved on this floor.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and a nice library space.
A SECOND SPACE...
It connects through the outdoor patio, where there is a barbecue with privileged views.
There is a games room with table tennis, board games and a toilet with a washing machine.
AROUND IT ...
Pure nature
One of the exits from the living room opens onto a large stone terrace with a large porch, where on a rainy day it becomes a spectacle. The other exit from the living room overlooks the garden area, the pool and the chill-out area.
Above is the chicken coop, where you can pick up fresh eggs every day, the 100% organic garden, the badminton court and a large field and woods so we can escape our obligations and breathe some fresh air.
Fast and Furious, the donkeys of our house, will be there to welcome you to their enclosed area.
At night, the sky of Ca l’Ànima offers us a wonderful picture with a thousand stars.
